Get Fit! Exercise classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays

CCW’s fitness classes create an environment where participants learn and love the art of exercise. Classes emphasize a functional approach to fitness with emphasis on resistance training, cardiorespiratory endurance, and mobility.

Using machines such as treadmill, rowers and stationary bike’s help build cardiovascular endurance and stamina. We use our free weights dumbbells, kettlebells slam balls and also TRX suspension training machine to build muscular strength. Resistance bands, physio balls, and Bosu balls are used for improving balance and injury prevention.

All participants in the CCW fitness class have their own goals but work together, at their own pace, alongside fitness instructors to accomplish these goals.
