Sportsmen’s Tennis & Fitness Camp

Sportsmen’s Tennis & Fitness Camp is a total experience. Campers spend their days exercising both their bodies and minds! A typical day begins with a morning warm up that varies between yoga and meditation, music and dance and athletic skill development. Students then move into tennis instruction until lunch at 12:00 pm. Campers then rotate through enrichment opportunities that include swimming, soccer, music, art, academic support and more. Campers participate in a variety of workshops such as health and wellness with Brigham and Women’s hospital residents and creative expression with The Eliot School of Fine Arts and The Boch Center. Campers will also go on field trips to locations such as the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston Nature Center and Boston Bowl.
